Mr. Shashanka Shekhar Saha ....for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that by an order dated 27.02.2025 the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in CRM (A) 528 of 2025 on condition that they should not enter the jurisdiction of Asansol Sub-Division. However, they were also directed to appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within four weeks. The regular Court falls within the jurisdiction of Asansol Sub-Division. Because of the restraint put on the petitioners in the said order, the petitioners could not appear before the learned jurisdictional Court. However, the petitioners affirmed an application for modification of conditions of anticipatory bail before this Court on 28th March, 2025.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State files a report, which is taken on record.

Heard the learned counsel for the State.

The application for relaxation of condition of anticipatory bail is disposed of by modifying the condition imposed earlier to the following extentI.

Instead of the entire Asansol Sub-Division, the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdiction of Hirapur Police Station until further orders.

II. The petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for bail within four weeks from this date. With these observations the application is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
