Mr. Rana Mukherjee Mr. N.P. Agarwala Mr. Protick Bose ...for the State It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner-husband that he is the husband of the defacto complainant and he is falsely implicated in the instant case. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having considered the materials on record and general and omnibus nature of allegations, we are inclined to grant the anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner, namely, Ohidul Alam shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

With the aforesaid observation, the application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 1484 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
