From the record, it appears that the instant revisional application is pending since 2018 and this Court directed the petitioners on 13th September, 2023 to serve notice upon the opposite party no.2 and to file affidavit of service, but no such affidavit of service has ever been filed since then. 5.

In such circumstances, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Department is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the learned Trial Court forthwith.
