The grievance of the petitioners is in respect of supplementary charge-sheet filed in connection with the instant case.

Record reflects that the investigating officer, on further investigation, submitted the said supplementary chargesheet. Mr. Imran Ali, learned advocate appearing for the State has produced case diary. The case diary reflects that further materials were collected by the investigating officer. Having regard to the same, I am of the view that no interference is called for at this stage.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 373 of 2012 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
