In Re: An Application under Sections 401 and 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

This revisional application was preferred in the year 2012. Records reflect that the revisional application is yet to be admitted. I have perused the order passed by the learned Magistrate and I find that the learned Magistrate on consideration of the materials placed before him was pleased to hold that prima facie no materials have been made out for directing the police authorities to investigate into the allegations in the petition of complaint filed under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having regard to the observations and having regard to the reasons so assigned by the learned Magistrate, I am of the view that no interference is called for.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 374 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
