Copy of the same has been handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioners. 2.

It will be open for the petitioners to collect the earnest money deposit within a week from date. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Liberty to mention in the event the money is not refunded despite assurance given by the bank. 5.
