1. The No Objection Certificate dated 23.02.2026 has been made in favour of the petitioner allowing him participation in the recruitment process for the post of Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at AIIMS, Kalyani. Copy of the No Objection Certificate dated 23.02.2026 is handed over to the Court and kept on record. The same is bearing Memo No. ME/CC-11-2026/M/406. The copy of the same has also been handed over to the writ petitioner.

2. The relief prayed for in the writ petition, therefore, has become infructuous in view of this development subsequent to filing of the writ petition.

3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
