Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties. From the memo of evidence as produced it appears that the petitioners herein along with others earlier preferred an application for anticipatory bail being CRM

9114 of 2016 and the same was rejected on 19th December, 2017. Let said memo of evidence be kept on record. Since the petitioners' earlier application for anticipatory bail had been rejected and there had been no change in the facts and circumstances of the case subsequent thereto we are not inclined to exercise any discretion in favour of the petitioners.

Accordingly, the application being CRM 1485 of 2021 is dismissed.
