The matter relates to family pension where the present petitioner is the daughter of the original employee. Her grandmother was getting the family pension but after death of her grandmother her mother applied for family pension but before sanctioning it she expired. Therefore, the petitioner has come before this court with the prayer to grant arrear family pension of her mother.

I direct the concerned District Inspector of Schools being the respondent no.3 to hold a meeting with the petitioner and his learned advocate and if necessary with other officials for taking a decision in this regard. This hearing is to be taken by six weeks from date.

With the above direction, this writ application is disposed of.
