The revisional application relates to an order passed in connection with a proceeding under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal procedure.

Having regard to the time frame prescribed under the statute, I am of the opinion that the application being MP Case No.3567 of 2014 pending before the Learned Executive Magistrate, Baruipur has become infructuous by lapse of time. Accordingly, M.P. Case No. 3567 of 2014 is quashed. The revisional application being CRR 130 of 2015 is dismissed as infructuous.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
