This is an application for splitting of load of an electricity connection.

In view of the statutory remedy available to the petitioner, I am of the view that this petition is not maintainable.

The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Ombudsman in accordance with Clause 14 of the West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission.

In view of the aforesaid statutory remedy available to the petitioner, WPA 3923 of 2021 is disposed of on the ground of maintainability. The petitioner is granted liberty to file an appropriate application before the Ombudsman within a period of two weeks from date. If such an application is filed, the Ombudsman is requested to consider and dispose of the same within four week from the date of receipt of such application and after giving a right of hearing to all the affected parties and passing a reasoned order.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
