The revisional application has been preferred challenging the charge sheet filed in connection with Kotawali Police Station Case no. 1385 of 2013.

Records of the revisional application reflects that none represented the petitioner on April 01, 2015 when the revisional application appeared before a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The revisional application is pending before this Court for more than seven years. No information has been furnished regarding the latest stage of the proceedings before the Learned Trial Court. Further the revisional application is found to have only few documents relating to the FIR and the charge sheet so filed in connection with the said case. None of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on which the prosecution relies upon to prove its case has been enclosed along with revisional application, as such the stage at which the revisional application was preferred is premature. Further the issues so raised in the revisional

application are question of facts which cannot be interfered at this stage.

None appears on behalf of the State, as such Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for State, is directed to appear in this matter and represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority. In view of the above observations, CRR 136 of 2015 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
