The revisional application has been preferred challenging the charge sheet filed in connection with Tamluk Police Station Case No.276 of 2014 dated 24.4.2014 under Sections 394 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Records of the revisional application reflects that on April 1, 2015 when the matter was called none represented the petitioner and subsequently there has been no persuasion and more than seven years have passed in the mean time. The stage at which the petitioner approached this Court was immediately after filing of the charge sheet and without any documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure being enclosed. The contentions as such so relied upon in the revisional application are on the issue of facts, which cannot be gone by this Court at this stage. None appears on behalf of the State, as such, Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for State, is directed to appear in this matter and represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority.

In view of the above observations, CRR 137 of 2015 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
