The instant writ petition was previously dismissed for default on 21st January, 2014.

Subsequently, the writ petition was restored on 24th September, 2014. Since the restoration, the petitioner did not take any step for hearing of the matter. Today also the petitioners remained unrepresented.

In view of such circumstances, this Court has no other alternative but to dismiss the writ petition for default.

The instant writ petition is dismissed for default. (Bibek Chaudhuri, J.)
