In compliance with the order of this court the petitioner has joined the school as the validity of the recommendation letter was extended by this court for reasons recorded in writing.

Learned advocate for the State has handed me over a copy of the appointment letter issued to the petitioner by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education and a copy of the joining letter dated 26th March, 2022 which are kept on record.

Ms. Saswati Chatterjee, learned advocate for the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education has

submitted that they have taken all steps for compliance of this order.

I find that this has been done and the matter is, therefore, disposed of as allowed.
