In the cause title portion of the order dated 21st January, 2025 " Mr. Tutul Das, Mr. Ranjit Singh, Mr. Amar Singh, Mr. Ratan Deb Banerjee for the petitioner" shall be read as "Mr. Tutul Das, Mr. Ranjit Singh, Mr. Amar Singh, Mr. Ratan Deb Banerjee for the respondents".

In the 1st line of the 2nd Paragraph of the order dated 21st January, 2025 " petitioner is present" shall be read as "respondents is present".

In the 1st line of the 3rd Paragraph of the order dated 21st January, 2025 should be deleted.

Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the order dated 21.01.2025. Copy of the order be sent to the Department for compliance.

Let the matter be fixed on the returnable date i.e. 24th April, 2025.
