along with the report which has been authored and signed by the present petitioner which reflects that the petitioner has received the Deed which was one of the subject-matter(s) of the information furnished. The petitioner is also presently staying at her residence.

In case, there are other issues involved, the petitioner would approach the jurisdictional court which is already in seisin of the criminal case. No interference is called for in view of the report submitted before this court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3322 of 2024 along with CAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
