Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the police authorities have closed the Office of the NGO/petitioner and taken away the keys which have been kept in their possession.

Without going into the details regarding the background of the issues Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a police report along with enclosures. The enclosures reflect that the keys have been handed over by the police authorities to the Mayor, Asansol Municipal

Corporation. In view of the four keys being in possession of the Mayor, Asansol Municipal Corporation, police authorities have no control over the keys. As such if the petitioner has to address his grievance, petitioner is to submit his representation with the Mayor, Asansol Municipal Corporation. With the aforesaid observations WPA 3416 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to all the parties appearing in the writ petition.
