Nobody appears on behalf of the appellant/convict. 2.

In pursuance of the direction, a report is submitted by the Registrar General of this Court along with a report submitted by the Sr. Superintendent of Police Gurdaspur, Punjab. 3.

It appears from the report submitted by the Sr. Superintendent of Police Gurdaspur, Punjab that during pendency of this appeal, the sole appellant/convict namely, Raj Kumar @ Raj Kumar Singh has died on 19.04.2015. A photo copy of certificate of death of the said appellant is tagged with the report which also affirms the death of the said appellant. 4.

The report submitted by the Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta along with the report of the Sr. Superintendent of Police Gurdaspur, Punjab be kept with the record. 5.

As the sole appellant/convict has been expired during pendency of this appeal, the instant appeal stands abated against him.

Accordingly, the instant appeal be and the same is hereby dismissed as abated.

Let a copy of this order along with the TCR be sent down to the trial court immediately.
