Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioners be kept with the record.

Petitioners submit that they have complained to the police authorities in respect of the misdeeds at the behest of the private respondents along with the fraud committed by the private respondents. In spite of informing the same to the police authorities, no action has been taken.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Minakhan P.S. Case No.72 of 2025 dated 15.02.2025 has been registered for investigation. Learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos.5 to 14 submits that title suit is pending between the parties. Learned advocate further submits that the record of rights are in their

favour and in spite of the same, the petitioners have been pursuing their illegal objective of informing to the police authorities in respect of false, frivolous and vexatious accusations.

In view of the purpose for which the writ petition has been preferred has been sub-served, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. Accordingly, WPA 3420 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
