Sarkar Mr. Sourav Mondal Mr. Diprav Deb ........for the petitioner On being instructed, Mr. Santanu Bhattacharya, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the proceedings matter has been amicably settled between the parties and he has paid the entire loan amount and the opposite party No. 1, Bajaj Finance Ltd. has issued a 'No Dues Certificate'.

In view of the above, petitioner does not want to proceed further with the present proceeding.

CRR 471 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn. The copy of 'No Dues Certificate' issued by opposite party Bajaj Finance Ltd. is kept with the record.
