1. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff in a suit for partition praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 3rd Court, Paschim Medinipur to dispose of Title Suit No. 242 of 2018 expeditiously.

2. Record reveals that dates were fixed for evidence of the plaintiffs' witness. By an order dated January 21, 2025, February 14, 2025 was fixed for further evidence of the plaintiffs' witness. From the order-sheets appended to the civil revision application it appears that the regular presiding officer is not available and the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 3rd Court, Paschim Medinipur is in charge.

3. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate on record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or their learned advocate representing them before the learned trial Judge.

4. The learned trial Judge is requested to make an endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously.

5. CO 518 of 2025 stands disposed of accordingly. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
