A.G.P., Ms. Chandana Ghosh ...for the State The petitioner is aggrieved by alleged inaction on the part of the Uluberia Police Station, Howrah. The petitioner has claimed that the private respondents are trying to oust her from her property.

The Uluberia Police Station after enquiry have indicated to this Court in writing that the petitioner is not residing in the said premises and is staying with her in-laws at Nalipur Station Para, Sankrail, Howrah. The dispute between the private respondents and the petitioner is purely civil in nature. The Uluberia Police Station has taken out proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P.C. against the private respondents.

The Uluberita Police shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
