For the petitioner This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No.892 of 2017 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Barasat, North 24-Parganas. From the record, I find no laches on the part of the Court. Immediately after receiving the record from the mediation, the learned Judge framed issues and fixed date for hearing of the suit.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I do not find any reason to pass any direction for expeditious disposal of the suit.

The revisional application stands dismissed.
