Learned advocate for the appellants says that particulars of the legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner could not be ascertained. He prays for leave to publish a public notice informing the world at large about the pendency of this appeal so that anybody interested can come forward and participate. Such leave is granted. Let paper publications be made in two newspapers, one in English and one in vernacular language. The newspapers should have wide circulation.

List the matter once again one week after the ensuing Summer Vacation (June 17, 2024), when a supplementary affidavit will be filed by the appellants bringing on record such publication.
