Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the petitioner lodged a previous police complaint. Some of the petitioners suffered injuries also.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report. He submits that, all the petitioners are named in the injury report as assailants. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein and considering the injuries suffered, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 932 of 2022 is dismissed.
