1. Both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of parties to this revisional application are present and file a joint application for compromise.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the parties that matter has been patched up between the parties on certain terms and conditions.

3. Both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties have submitted that the proceeding in connection with C.S. Case No. 44191 of 2018 pending before Metropolitan Magistrate, 11th Court, Calcutta corresponding to Hare Street Police Station Case No. 53 dated 02.02.2017 under Sections 120B/ 467/ 468/ 420/ 406 of the Indian Penal Code is liable to be quashed.

4. I have gone through the joint compromise application signed by both the parties and I find no reason to stand in the way of compromise between the parties.

5. Regard being had to the above, the proceeding in connection with C.S. Case No. 44191 of 2018 pending before Metropolitan Magistrate, 11th Court, Calcutta stands quashed.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application along with connected applications stand disposed of.

7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings. 9.
