(Barrackpore Police Commissionerate), which indicates that the threat perception of the petitioners in each of the matters, is justified and providing additional security cover for each of them would suffice in taking care of such apprehension.

In view of the petitioners' grievances in the writ petitions having been substantially mitigated by such stand being taken by the respondent-authorities, nothing remains for further adjudication in the present writ petitions.

Accordingly, WPA No.3191 of 2022, WPA No.3193 of 2022 and WPA No.3196 of 2022 are disposed of as infructuous.

In the event any violation of the election norms takes place in the perception of the petitioners, it will be open to the petitioners to approach the appropriate authorities and/or the Election Commission with such grievances.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
