Mr. Kaushik Gupta Mr. Arnab Nandi Ms. Nipa Sarkar ............for the petitioner Mr. Arindam Sen Mr. Sagnik Bhattacharyya ......for the SLSA After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the SLS Authority, WPA 3195 of 2022 is disposed of on the undertaking given on behalf of the SLS Authority that the victim compensation amount of Rs. 3 lakhs shall be paid to the petitioner within 25th November, 2022. The said amount shall be paid along with interest at the rate of 4.5% per annum from the date of the award, i.e. 8th December, 2020.
