We have heard the learned advocates appearing for the parties. The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case out of rivalry.

The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer of anticipatory bail. He refers to the medical report of the victim to indicate that the assault was inflicted upon the victim by the petitioners and others which resulted in her missed abortion. The charge sheet in the instant case has already been submitted.

Having considered the materials on record as well as the medical report of the victim and bearing in mind the gravity of the injury sustained by the victim, we are inclined to hold that this is not a fit case to grant pre-arrest

bail to the petitioners.
