Upon hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, W.P.A.3198 of 2022 can be disposed of with a direction on the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Nadia, being respondent no.3, to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 25th January, 2022. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner had made an earlier representation on 22nd February, 2021 which also had not been responded to by the State authorities.

Accordingly, the respondent no.3 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 25th January, 2022 by passing a reasoned order upon hearing all relevant parties including the petitioner and the private respondent within three weeks from the date of communication of this order. A copy of the reasoned

order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from when such order is passed.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
