Mr. Soumen Ghosh, learned advocate for the petitioners appears before the Court and submits that initially this revisional application was filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the complaint case No.64 of 2019 under Sections 420,406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Sealdah.

The complaint was subsequently withdrawal by the de facto complainant as such the present application has become infurctuous and the same may be disposed of.

Considering the submission the revisional application is disposed of as not pressed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Sealdah for information.
