Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a counter police complaint.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case dairy including the injury report and the statement of the injured. One person suffered injury in the incident of assault. Such injured suffered fracture of the right ulna. Such injured named the petitioner as the person who inflicted such injury on him. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 602 of 2024 is dismissed.
