Mr. Galib, learned senior government advocate for the State, has submitted that the Sub-Divisional Officer, Suri Sadar Sub-Division had heard the parties and framed certain issues for effective disposal of the contentions of the petitioner and the counter arguments of the respondent no. 8.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Sub-Divisional Officer to complete the entire proceeding in accordance with law, upon obtaining necessary answers and reports from the other authorities as already directed in the order dated March 1, 2023.

The panchayat and other authorities shall act as per the direction of the Sub-Divisional Officer and reach the entire dispute to its logical conclusion.

A reasoned order shall be passed upon compliance of the principles of natural justice and communicated to all the parties.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
