The Madrasah also forwarded representation to the District Inspector of Schools for grant of Post Graduate Scale of pay to the petitioner. The same is pending consideration till date.

The instant writ petition is accordingly disposed of by directing the respondent No. 3, the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Nadia to take a decision with regard to the prayer of the petitioner for grant of Post Graduate Scale of pay strictly in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The aforesaid respondent shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon completion of usual legal formalities.
