Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in excess of two years. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that this is the fourth application for bail. Three earlier applications were rejected. The last rejection is dated January 4, 2022. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstance subsequent to the earlier order of rejection dated January 4, 2022, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (DB) 537 of 2022 is dismissed.
