Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya, along with Mr. Sandip Chakraborty, learned Advocates who usually appears on behalf of the State is requested to appear in this revisional application. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya and Mr. Sandip Chakraborty.

The revisional application has been taken up for hearing. This revisional application is pending since 2010 assailing the judgement passed on 22nd January, 2002 whereby the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Class, 4th Court, Krishnanagar, Nadia allowed the petition under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the maintenance allowance of Rs. 600/- per month. After careful perusal of the judgment, it is found that the learned Magistrate discussed the evidence four witnesses on records and after taking the income of the petitioner/husband, the quantum of maintenance was fixed. So the learned Magistrate relied on evidence on record regarding refusal of maintenance to the O.P. After considering all facts and circumstances, I do not find any reason to iterefere with the judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Class, 4th Court, Krishnanagar, Nadia as I do not find any irregularity or illegality accorded in the judgment.
