Ms. Mitra, learned advocate, appears for the petitioner and draws the attention of this Court to the relevant order under challenge.

The present proceedings relate to subject matter of challenge of naraji petition being rejected by the learned ACJM, Barupur in connection with Police Station Case No.525 of 2007. Having regard to the fact that the revisional application is of the year 2010 and records primarily reflect that the petitioner has expired during pendency of the revisional application, I am of the opinion that the present application has become infructuous. Accordingly, CRR of is dismissed as infructuous.
