1. Affidavit of service filed in Court is kept with the record.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by show cause notices dated 01.12.2023 and 09.01.2024 issued by the CDPO, Rajarhat. The petitioner is admittedly an Anganwadi Worker, who challenged an order of transfer from Thakdari Baidyapara to Thakdari Coral Garden-298 in WPA 28301 of 2022. She is stated to have joined at Thakdari Baidyapara as an Anganwadi Wroker but claims that she has not been paid salary and allowances.

3. Counsel for the respondents submits that there are large number of irregularities committed by the petitioner in addition to not attending the Anganwadi centre despite joining thereat.

4. In the backdrop, this Court directs the CDPO, Rajarhat to release any unpaid salary to the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner shall answer

show cause notices dated 01.12.2023 and 09.01.2024 and the respondents shall be entitled to take action in terms of the applicable Rules after following the procedure prescribed thereat.

5. Since no affidavit has been used by the respondents, the allegations made in the writ petition shall be not be deemed to have been admitted by them.

6. The writ petition is disposed of.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
