It is submitted petitioner No.3 has been arrested. 2.

Accordingly, application for anticipatory bail of petitioner No.3 viz., Suman Das @ Rahul is dismissed as not pressed. 3.

Petitioners are the uncle-in-law and aunt-in-law respectively of the victim wife. It is alleged they have been falsely implicated in the case. Accordingly, they pray for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record including statements of the parents of the deceased. They alleged victim's husband had assaulted her in an inebriated condition resulting in her death.

Keeping in mind the extent of complicity of the petitioners who are in-laws of the victim lady, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz., 1) Biswanath Das and 2) Anima Das @ Anma Das be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. They shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
