Petitioner is aggrieved by the progress of the case before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th court, Krishnanagar, Nadia in connection Kotwali Police Station No. 791/2019 dated 17-11-2019. Learned advocate submits till date charge has not been framed, although chargesheet was submitted within a reasonable period of time.

In view of the case being initiated on 17.11.2019 i.e., more than four years ago and the trial has not commenced, I direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th court, Krishnanagar, Nadia to complete and overcome the process of consideration of charges on the next date so fixed or within a month thereafter. The learned trial court would fix one date in every sixty days so that the trial of the case can be concluded within a reasonable period of time. The Public Prosecutor appearing in the case would produce the materials, documents and exhibits on the dates fixed for examination of the witnesses concerned. All efforts be taken by

the stake-holders to cooperate with the trial court so that the trial is concluded within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 590 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
