Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated on the basis of the circumstantial evidence.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. He submits that the petitioner is involved in the murder.
Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that the charges were framed, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 539 of 2022 is dismissed.
