This is an application for bail in connection with Nakashipara P.S. Case No. 594 of 2020 dated 18.11.2020 under Sections 447/325/307/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code at the behest of the petitioners.

The petitioners are in custody since last 138 days. It is submitted that they are between the age group of 18 to 20 years and have been implicated in the instant case. After perusing the statement of the witnesses recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and because of the injury mentioned in the post mortem report as well as other materials available in the case diary, we do not feel that it is a fit case where the petitioners should be

released on bail. As such, the petitioners' prayer for bail is rejected.

The application for bail, being CRM 1511 of 2021, is, thus, dismissed.
