Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the State that chemical examiner's report has been placed before the trial court.

In view of the aforesaid fact and the materials on record showing recovery of narcotics above commercial quantity i.e. 1.2 kgs. of codeine mixture, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Trial court is requested to consider the issue of framing of charge at the earliest without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
