The petitioner's father was a primary school teacher. He retired from service on December 31, 1994. Pension Payment Order was issued in his favour thereafter. He died on December 16, 2005.

The petitioner claims that her husband died on January 2, 2014. The mother of the petitioner expired on March 27, 2012.

The petitioner prays for a direction upon the respondent authorities to disburse the widow daughter family pension in her favour. There is no document to show that the petitioner ever applied for widow daughter family pension.

Accordingly, the grant of widow daughter family pension cannot be accepted.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
