In this matter, petitioner has challenged the impugned order of provisional attachment of bank account of the petitioner in question.

Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the respondents submits and the records from which it appears that the action of the investigating authority freezing the bank account of the petitioner was made to safeguard the interest of the revenue since the petitioner is neither available in his declared business premises nor in his declared residential address and the same are fictitious.

Considering this fact, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned investigation

by the respondents as well as impugned freezing of bank account and accordingly this writ petition being WPA 3963 of 2021 is dismissed.
