By an order of this court dated 27th February, 2023, Mr. Siddiqui, learned Additional Government Pleader was asked to take instructions as to whether there is any revenue due which is required to be paid by the petitioner for restoration of petitioner's registration and pursuant to such order Mr. Siddiqui produces instructions indicating the revenue due with service of a copy of the same on Mr. Bose, learned Advocate representing the petitioner. Mr. Bose submits that the revenue due indicated by the respondents/ WBGST Authority has already been paid by the petitioner and he files the necessary document relating to making such payment, which may be kept with the record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as appears from record and submission of the

parties this writ petition being WPA 3308 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned under the WBGST Act to restore the petitioner's registration within three days from the date of communication of this order and to allow the petitioner to file return.
