1. The petitioner apprehends that the CESC Limited will disconnect the bulk supply given to the respondent no.4.

The learned advocate for the CESC Limited submits that the outstanding dues have been paid and the supply has not been disconnected as of now.

It is further submitted that the bulk connection was given to the respondent no.4 in respect of the huge commercial complex which has various units. The petitioner and the other units are all sub-lessees in respect of the said units and they had entered into an agreement with the Emami Realty Limited, as regards the modalities of payment and supply of electric connection.

Under such circumstances, as of now, the petitioner does not have any grievance. It is also submitted that new connection contrary to the regulations and also to the terms of the

agreement entered into between the petitioner and the Emami Realty Limited cannot be granted. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. 6.

All parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of the order.
