Case No. 873 of 2020 dated 22.12.2020 under Section 342/120B/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

We have perused the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and take note of the fact that the trial has already progressed. We feel that in the event the petitioner is released on bail, it is likely to delay the trial. Moreover, having regard to the materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
