The learned advocate further submits that there are no documents collected by the Investigating Agency in course of investigation thereby making out a case for cheating the people at large. Mr. Nandy, learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the petitioner's prayer for bail and draws the attention of this Court to the statements of the affected persons as well as the incriminating materials collected against the present petitioner.

We have perused the materials in the case diary and having regard to the gravity of the offence and the modus operandi adopted by the present petitioner, we are not inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. The application for bail, being CRM No. 1528 of 2021, is dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
